An ex-plumber came to me that could no longer work on thetools so had turned to teaching and was currently working at an RTO and wanted
to get a position with one of the mainstream Tafe because the conditions and pay were better. I completed his resume and he was showing his resume to all his friends who commented that “it sounds so professional, did you write it, because
it sounds exactly like you”. We had a zoom to go over the documents, but he had nothing to change but just wanted to meet me so that he could tell me how natural the resume sounded. I followed up with him two weeks later and he said that he had accepted an offer with a mainstream Tafe and was starting next week.

and we did the online interview coaching course with me. She got an offer for a senior architect and didn’t think she was senior. I provided her with coached to again the confidence to negotiate her visa sponsorship and she accept the senior role getting $10k more than she was getting and they agreed to the sponsorship.

He was referred to me by a past client and came to me with a lot of mechanical skills but lacked the knowledge to represent himself
on paper. He wanted to apply for a position with a major transport organisation as a diesel mechanic. I tailored his resume and showcased his highly regarded experience.
